2. Our Response

We will promptly investigate, remove infringing content, and notify the uploader. We also inform the uploader of the removal decision.

3. Counter‑Notification

If you believe content was wrongly removed, send us a counter‑notification including:

• Your signature.
• A statement under penalty of perjury.
• Identification of the removed material and its location.
• Consent to jurisdiction and compliance with process.

Send counter-notices to filetermxyz@gmail.com. We'll restore content after 10–14 business days unless a court action is presented.

4. Repeat Infringers

Accounts with multiple violations will be terminated.
